The Taylor Group of RPL Commercial leased 2 storefront units in the former Schaeffer Furniture building at 165 Broad St.
Two spaces, measuring 1,100 s/f and 1,400 s/f, will be joined into one larger space that will house the new home of XPO Boutique, a women's fashion and accessories boutique.

The Taylor Grp. was responsible for finding the leasee on behalf of 165 Studios, Inc.
The brick building, erected in 1926, is located near the old Pawtucket/Central Falls Train Station and one block from Main St.
Nelson Taylor said, "The owners are very happy with RPL Commercial for our ability to target small local businesses for smaller spaces. We're happy we were able to negotiate for them a lease for 5 years with a 5% annual escalation."
The property owner is Joe Haskett of the architecture firm Distill Studios, who lives on the 2nd floor of the building
