Teeden of Mott & Chace sells 66 Spring St. for $2.05 million

North Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold the waterfront home at 66 Spring St. for $2.05 million. Jack Teeden, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer. Mary Ann Lisi of Residential Properties, Ltd. represented the seller.

According to data available from Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 66 Spring St. is the most expensive home sale in North Kingstown in 2022. This sale comes on the heels of two top North Kingstown sales for the firm. In December, Teeden also sold 98 Hill Side St., marking the most expensive North Kingstown home of 2021. Three weeks ago, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of the home at 50 Skating Pond Lane. Agents of the firm represented seven clients in the sales over $1 million in the municipality over the last six months.

“Plum Beach is a beautiful community along the water in North Kingstown,” said Teeden. “I am happy to welcome its newest residents!”

The c.1910 shingle style cottage is sited on over one acre of waterfront land and has over 3,000 s/f, the home features four bedrooms and one-full and two-half bathrooms.
