The Colonial Inn - Ogunquit, ME

The Colonial Inn has completed a $4 million renovation. This landmark property, now under new ownership and management, opens with completely upgraded facilities - all while retaining the Victorian charm and Maine hospitality known to its visitors for over 125 years.
"It's a privilege for me to have the opportunity to restore this hotel to its original glory," said Maine resident Joe Delois who acquired the property last spring and chose David Lloyd of the Portland firm Archetype Architects to oversee the transformation. "We've worked closely with the National Park Service to ensure that the new interior and exterior fixtures and finishes are true to the style of the original building."
Accommodations at the Colonial Inn are comprised of 62 rooms spread throughout four different buildings. Most rooms in the hotel, some with water views - and every room in the MainInn itself - boasts a king bed, a refrigerator and new furnishings.
Guest amenities at the Colonial Inn are numerous, including ample free parking, complimentary property-wide Wi-Fi, complimentary continental breakfast, a heated outdoor pool with patio and hot tub, a large lobby, living room, and a spacious wrap around porch and beautifully landscaped exteriors with inviting green spaces.
The Colonial Inn is managed by Migis Hotel Group, a Maine-based hotel management company.
