The Dartmouth Company brokers two leases totaling 4,500 s/f

The Dartmouth Company of Greenwich recently completed two deals on Greenwich Ave. The Dartmouth Company, led by Joe Mastromonaco, represented Citizens Bank in the leasing of 3,500 s/f at 53 Greenwich Ave., which opened its doors in March. The Dartmouth Company also represented luxury baby boutique Baby CZ in the sub-letting of 1,000 s/f at 360 Greenwich Ave. in April. The Dartmouth Company represents a number of national retailers in Connecticut, including Citizen's Bank, Kohl's, Barnes & Noble, Lifetime Fitness, Saver's, Life is Good, and several others.
