The Dartmouth Company leases 3,420 s/f to CorePower Yoga at The Viridian: At 1282 Boylston Street; developed by the Abbey Group
Boston, MA According to The Abbey Group, a Boston-based residential and commercial developer, CorePower Yoga, one of America’s leading yoga studios, will be joining the The Viridian in the Fenway neighborhood.
The CorePower studio will occupy 3,420 s/f at residential building The Viridian, located at 1282 Boylston St. CorePower Yoga joins Blaze Pizza and honeygrow.
“We’re excited to welcome CorePower Yoga to The Viridian and continue providing our residents with access to the best amenities in the neighborhood,” said Audrey Epstein Reny, managing partner at The Abbey Group.
The studio is scheduled to open in the fall. The deal was brokered by The Dartmouth Company.
