37 Thurber Blvd. is located in the Grey Ledge Business Park. The green designed building is now 85% leased.

Comus International is a leading manufacturer of tilt and tip-over switches, motion/vibration sensors, reed  switches, reed relays, solid state relays and a wide variety of custom turnkey sensors.

The Smithfield office space will serve as a satellite office from the New Jersey corporate office. The seller was Havahi Real Estate LLC. Matt Kachanis of Williams and Stuart Real Estate represented the buyer.
