The buyer, Superior Kitchen Services Inc., located in Middletown, Mass., will use the space for their Rhode Island location and for updated training of their technicians. 

Superior Kitchen Services is a commercial food and refrigeration equipment service company established in 1992. They provide emergency services throughout New England.
