Milford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors leased 800 s/f at 181 Research Dr. The tenant is MELT Chocolatier, LLC. Meredith Lindsay is the principal. They will use the space for the manufacture of chocolates and confections for wholesale.
The landlord is D’Amato Investments, LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent.
