The Geenty Group sells 8,000 s/f at 972 West Main Street for $910,000

Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of 8,000 s/f on 1.1 acres at 972 West Main St., Rte. 1 on the “Branford Hill,” a retail area. 

The seller is J & J Holdings, LLC, and Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR were their agent.  The buyer is the Da Silva Family.  They are investors/developers who will renovate and reposition the property and the two retail buildings on it.  The purchase price was $910,000. 

Dominick Musilli of True Commercial Real Estate in Wilton was the agent for the buyer.  Robert Blythe, Esq. of Zangari, Cohn & Cuthbertson in New Haven was the attorney for the seller.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
