The Geenty Group signs 5-year lease for From You Flowers
From You Flowers, LLC, has entered into a five-year lease with options to renew in excess of $600,000 at 141 Mill Rock Rd., East, in The Old Saybrook Business Park. The space is a large office and telephone call center which will be totally renovated for From You Flowers' use.
From You Flowers sells flowers, floral bouquets, and the like for all occasions and holidays through the internet. Michael Chapin is the principal.
Kevin Geenty, SIOR, of The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford, was the sole agent.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
