One of the South Shore's larger Dunkin' Donuts franchisees has renewed its lease for its 200 s/f kiosk at the Quincy Granite Place at the intersection of Granite St. and Burgin Parkway.

While the lease may be the smallest negotiated in recent years by Richard McKinnon, The Grossman Companies' director of brokerage services, said, "This lease is 'big' in that it maintains the destination plaza at 100% occupancy." The center has maintained 100% occupancy with several long-term, blue-ribbon retailers for nearly the entire two decades since the site was redeveloped by Grossman.

The 61,400 s/f shopping plaza is anchored by TJ Maxx and is also home to Dress Barn, Olympia Sports, Papa Gino's, Boston Market, and The Big Party. The plaza services both a high-density residential and daytime office population as it is just minutes from Crown Colony Office Park and several other office complexes.
