The Kane Co. arranges 2,100 s/f lease to Wicked Fun Art studio

Wicked Fun Art has leased 2,100 s/f of retail space from Ave. Mall Trust at 48 Portsmouth Ave. Wicked Fun Art is a walk-in arts & craft studio offering classes and birthday parties designed bring out a child's creativity and self-expression in a fun social learning environment. The tenant, formerly based in North Hampton, desired a larger party room and ground floor space with easier access for their clients. Lisa Kane of The Kane Co. listed the space and procured the tenant.
