The Kane Co. leases 15,930 s/f of distribution space to Seabrook International
Jean Kane and Christian Stallkamp, brokers with The Kane Company, Inc. leased 15,930 s/f at 35 Woodworker's Way to Seabrook International Holdings.
Headquartered in Seabrook, the company has over 60,000 s/f of manufacturing space operating seven days per week. The tenant selected this site since it is adjacent to their existing manufacturing facility.
The building is owned and co-occupied by Marco Rubber & Plastic Products, Inc.
