The Kane Co. leases 9,800 s/f at Capital Commons to O Steak & Seafood
Margot McKean and Jody Skaff of The Kane Company have leased 9,800 s/f to O Steak & Seafood at Capital Commons.
The award-winning restaurant will include a full bar, outdoor seating and a private dining club. Scott Oullette is the owner/chef. The restaurant will open in November.
Michael Simchik is the owner of Capital Commons.
