The Kane Co. leases over 75,000 s/f at Portsmouth Commerce Center

75,000 s/f has recently leased in Portsmouth Commerce Center. Some tenants are new to the park and some are current tenants who are renewing their leases and expanding into more space. The Kane Company represented the building owners in all of the transactions.
According to Bob Marchewka, one of the leasing agents who closed the deals, "The great part about all of this is that this flurry of activity is largely due to the growth of many Portsmouth-based companies, some of whom were already here at Portsmouth Commerce Center and others from outside the park."
Pannaway Technologies has leased 27,350 s/f of office space at 230 Commerce Way from Dornoch, LLC. Pannaway has relocated within the commerce center to an upgraded space that is laid out more efficiently and effectively for their use. Margot McKean and Marchewka listed and leased the space.
InTown Veterinary Group has leased 15,728 s/f of office space at 215 Commerce Way from Tain Properties LLC. McKean listed the space and Tad Lee of Meredith & Grew in Boston procured the tenant. The veterinary hospital plans to open this summer.
Irving Oil has renewed their lease for 29,332 s/f of office space at 190 Commerce Way and 170 Commerce Way from Commerce Center Trust LLC. McKean negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of Commerce Center Trust LLC.
Robert Half International has renewed their lease for 2,635 s/f of office space at 230 Commerce Way from Dornoch, LLC. McKean and Marchewka negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of the landlord; Margaret O'Brien of CBRE-New England negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of the tenant.
Portsmouth Commerce Center amenities include a Hilton Homewood Suites, onsite management/security, and parking.
