Portsmouth's highly traveled traffic circle that borders the main thoroughfares of I-95, the Spaulding Turnpike (Rte. 16/4), and Rte. 1 North and South is about to undergo a major commercial and retail transformation.
The Kane Company has been engaged as development advisors and leasing agents for the new mixed-use development. The site will feature a 120-room Staybridge Suites Hotel and 38,000 sf of retail and restaurant space. The project, awaiting final approval, will include four pad-sites ranging from 2,000 to 7,000 s/f, along with 21,000 s/f of in-line retail space.
This development is the latest in a growing number of retail assignments for The Kane Co. retail services group, which was officially established in 2006. Since that time, the retail services group has expanded its inventory to nearly 2 million s/f throughout Northern New England.
