The Kane Company has been named as development advisor's and leasing agents for this highly anticipated new mixed-use development. The site will feature a 120-room Staybridge Suites Hotel and 38,000 s/f of retail and restaurant space. The project, awaiting final approval, will include four pad-sites ranging from 2,000 to 7,000 s/f, along with 21,000 s/f of in-line retail space.
This major development is the latest in a rapidly growing number of significant retail assignments for The Kane Company Retail Services Group, which was officially established in 2006. Since that time, the Retail Services Group has expanded its inventory to nearly 2 million square feet of retail product throughout Northern New England.
