The city's highly traveled traffic circle that borders the main thoroughfares of I-95, the Spaulding Tpke. (Rte. 16/4), and Rte. 1 north and south is about to undergo a major commercial and retail transformation.
The Kane Co. is acting as development advisors and leasing agents for this highly anticipated new mixed-use development. The site will feature a 120-room Staybridge Suites Hotel and 38,000 s/f of retail and restaurant space. The project will include four pad-sites ranging from 2,000 to 7,000 s/f, along with 21,000 s/f of in-line retail space, all with maximum visibility and exposure.
The traffic circle, with drive-by traffic counts of 100,000, 74,000 and 25,000 vehicles per day, sits prominently at the gateway to Maine, the White Mountains and the lakes region of N.H. Another benefit is its proximity to the N.H. State Liquor Store.
This major development is the latest in a rapidly growing number of significant retail assignments for The Kane Co. Retail Services Group. Since that time, the Retail Services Group has expanded its inventory to nearly 2 million s/f of retail product throughout northern N.E. This, in combination with the Retail Services Group's impressive and growing list of assignments on behalf of national and regional tenants, have made them a leader in this region.
