The Kane Company leases 14,600 s/f to Sperry Tents Seacoast
The Kane Company has leased 14,600 s/f of office and industrial space to Sperry Tents Seacoast at 436 Shattuck Way. Peter Billipp of The Kane Company represented Sperry Tents and Chuck Goss of NAI Norwood represented the building owner. Sperry Tents is relocating from The Pease Tradeport in order to secure more room to satisfy their growing business. This location offers excellent highway visibility and easy access to all major highways.
