According to Jean Kane of The Kane Company, Inc., Anvil International has leased the property at 2 Holland Way from CPEX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. This 15,735 s/f commercial office building was built in 1980 which boasts a park-like setting with a pond and 14 acres, a heliport landing field, and ample room for expansion.
Anvil has returned to its roots with the move from Pease International Tradeport to Exeter. More than 10 years ago Anvil, formally Grinnell, Inc., was located at the same Exeter campus they once again occupy. Anvil continues to manufacture pipe connections as they had for the past 160 years. With Anvil's business flourishing, the new offices provide better configuration of space for employees with the benefit of an expansive natural setting.
