The R. Calabrese Agency leases 1,600 s/f to Subway

Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC was the sole broker involved in the lease to Subway located at 19 Babbs Rd. Recently opened, Subway is located at the intersection of Babbs Rd. (State Highway 585) and Mountain Rd. (Rte. 168), better know an Ebbs Corner, offering a convenient Subway restaurant to local business trade, and visitors to the Lake Congamond area. This location is owned and being leased by Ebbs Corner, LLC. The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the landlord in this transaction.
