The R. Calabrese Agency leases 1,100 s/f to Edward Jones
246 Main Street - Deep River, CTDeep River, CT The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC completed a lease of 1,100 s/f located at 246 Main St. The building is owned by FV, LLC and was leased to Edward Jones. With over 13,000 financial advisors throughout the United States, the Deep River office will be Edward Jones newest addition to their company.
The tenant was attracted to the building and area because of its prominent and strategic location in the town, and the opportunity provide financial investment services to the community. The R. Calabrese Agency was the sole broker involved in this transaction.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
