The Wilder Companies named retail leasing agent for Battery Wharf

Westmont Hospitality Group, which acquired the Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront in Boston's North End in October 2014, has appointed The Wilder Companies as the exclusive leasing agent for more than 15,000 s/f of upscale restaurant and retail space on Battery Wharf. "There is a tremendous opportunity here for a destination restaurant and other retail businesses to take advantage of this highly visible street-front location right on the waterfront," said Greg Bingaman, director of asset management at Westmont. "We are thrilled to be representing these premier commercial spaces ideally located where Boston's North End meets the harbor," said Andrew LaGrega, a principal with The Wilder Companies.
