Concord, NH Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc. has added Lisa Thompson as the firm’s director of risk management and corporate counsel. Thompson will lead Sanborn Head’s compliance and risk management functions including corporate governance, contract administration, registrations, and insurance.

Thompson will advise Sanborn Head’s board of directors and senior leaders on legal matters as well as provide key insights into the firm’s operations and planning efforts.

Thompson received an undergraduate degree from Simmons College and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law. Thompson is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association where she is the chair of the Intellectual Property Section and a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. She is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Minnesota.
