Timberline Construction Corp. hires Stasheski as project executive

Canton, MA Timberline Construction Corp. has hired Steve Stasheski, MBA, as project executive, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, design, and construction across the life sciences, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.

Stasheski is widely respected for his ability to guide complex projects from early planning through execution while building collaborative, high-performing teams. With a background rooted in hands-on field experience, he takes a practical, client-focused approach to project leadership, emphasizing proactive planning, stakeholder alignment and disciplined execution.

Throughout his career, Stasheski has overseen the delivery of highly technical laboratory, research, and corporate environments for leading life science, institutional and commercial clients in the Greater Boston market. His experience includes managing large-scale ground-up developments, impactful building and amenity repositionings, and fast-track renovations in occupied facilities, often under demanding schedules and operational constraints.

Prior to joining Timberline Construction, Stasheski held senior leadership roles in both development and construction, where he was responsible for design and construction execution, consultant and contractor coordination, cost and schedule control, and the alignment of diverse stakeholder groups. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, accountability, and client satisfaction.
