According to DiPrete Engineering, Brian Timm, P.E. has joined its firm. As one of the firm's senior project managers, he will work in the Cranston and Dedham, Mass. offices. Timm has more than 15 years of engineering experience and has built an extensive network throughout New England.

Brian Timm's specialties include: commercial, residential, and multi-family development, municipal peer reviews, and regulatory permitting. In addition, he has a strong understanding of Rhode Island, Mass. and federal development regulations.
Brian Timm is a University of Connecticut graduate and a licensed professional engineer. His past engineering experience includes time spent at Commonwealth Engineering, Inc., and Meridian Assoc.
