Tinkham Realty leases 1,400 s/f to Carry Out Café in Londonderry
According to Tinkham Realty, Inc., Carry Out Café has leased 1,400 s/f at the Mr. Steer Maketplace. Mr. Steer Marketplace is an 11,400 s/f retail center located off Rte.102. Other retailers in the center include Mr. Steer Meats and The Wine Studio. Two units are available which would be ideal for bakery, gourmet, natural and specialty foods, prepared seafood restaurant and more.
Carry Out Café will be serving home-style hot and cold lunches, dinners, and catering for all occasions.
