Tinkham Realty sells 10,800 s/f for $469,000 at 55 Bridge Street

Manchester, NH Tinkham Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 55 Bridge St. to Rivierview LLC, of Windham.
The property consists of a 10,800 s/f three-story building on .11 acre and will be the future home of Cabonnay Urban Wine House with modern décor, spacious dining, a rooftop garden, affordable wines, and chef-prepared farm to table cuisine.
Jerry Hersch of the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, Inc. represented the buyer Rivierview, LLC of Windham, and Mark Lacombe represented the seller, The Milnes Family, LLC of Manchester.
The selling price according to the Hillsborough Registry of Deeds was $469,000.
