Tinkham Realty sells 6,078 s/f for $575,000 in Hudson

Tinkham Realty, Inc. has completed the sale of 321 Derry Rd., to Faith Baptist Church of Nashua. The 6,078 s/f building on 2.07 acres will be renovated for religious purposes. The selling price according to the Hillsborough Registry of Deeds was $575,000. Dave Fraser of the commercial division of Tinkham represented the seller, Tate Family Investments, LLC and Cal Fuller of Harmony Real Estate represented the buyer, Faith Baptist Church of Nashua.
