Tito and Aron of NAI Hunneman rep. Arista Foxborough in $6.5m sale at Chestnut Green
NAI Hunneman brokered the sale of 121 Main St., a 14,828 s/f retail site occupied by Walgreens to Fineberg Companies for $6.5 million. The Walgreens drugstore is one of the anchor tenants in The Shops at the Chestnut Green retail plaza.
Robert Tito, senior vice president/manager, of NAI Hunneman and John Aron represented the seller, Arista Foxborough LLC. Fineberg Companies, a Boston-area real estate management and development organization was the buyer.
The Shops at Chestnut Green make up the retail component of Chestnut Green, a 93-acre mixed-use development and amenity project, being developed by VinCo Properties. The Shops at Chestnut Green include The Learning Experience, Waxy O'Connor's Irish Pub and Restaurant, Babel's Paint & Decorating Store, Mailboxes Etc, Sharon Credit Union, Reliable Dry Cleaners, Mamouzellos Pizza, Tanorama, Foxy Nails, and Supercuts.
"The Shops at Chestnut Green is such an exciting project, with the reputation of Walgreen's and other key tenants, this area will be consistently yielding high traffic," said Tito.
