Matt Toolin of Fini represented the seller, Woodhaven Limited Partnetship, and Michael Caouette of Keller Williams, Bedford office, represented the buyer, 920 Candia Road, LLC.
The buyer intends to relocate Semigen, a manufacturer of printed circuit assemblies, from its Londonderry location to this property. Johnson Controls and Surge Industries Corp., an employee leasing firm, will continue to occupy the second floor of the building.
According to the Registry of Records, the property was sold for $1.6 million.
