TRB & Associates leases 1,200 s/f to Kushala Sip Coffee in Stoneham
According to TRB & Associates, Inc., Kushala Sip Coffee is now open at 335 Main St. which is a multi-tenant commercial property owned by Middlesex Investment Partners LLC.
The 1,200 s/f Kushala Sip Coffee shop, owned and operated by Dalia Valencia, offers coffee, espresso-based beverages and tea - as well as smoothies, hot chocolate, and some pastries. It features an espresso bar and an outdoor patio space with five tables.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
