TRB Development Group begins construction of 13,602 s/f CVS
TRB Development Group, Inc. of Hooksett, N.H. has begun construction of a new, 13,602 s/f CVS. The design will be traditional "Main Street" in appearance with shutters and awnings embellishing several windows, "CVS red" brick veneer, decorative fascia frieze, and cast stone sills with lintels.
The architect is BKA Architects of Brockton, Mass. This is TRB's 26th CVS project.
Chelsea, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have successfully completed the sale of a 15 units for $3.55 million. 827-835 Broadway, which is a value-add type asset, is situated in a high-density, urban-infill neighborhood.
