TRB Development Group chosen as GC for 11,970 s/f CVS/Pharmacy
TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor and design builder from Hooksett, N.H. has begun construction of the new CVS/Pharmacy at the Redstone Plaza. Although part of the Redstone Plaza, this 11,970 s/f CVS, designed by BKA Architects of Brockton, Mass., will be a freestanding building anchoring the southeast corner of the plaza. It will be a colonial style, wood structure with Werzalit high tech composite siding, brick veneer, and asphalt shingle and membrane roofing system. The store will feature a single drive-thru pharmacy window. The scheduled completion date is February 2009.
