TRB Development Group completes renovation and starts two projects
TRB Development Group, Inc. of Hooksett, N.H., has just completed a five-week turnaround renovation of the existing Rite Aid Pharmacy. All work was performed at night including new interior treatments to floors, walls and ceilings, new millwork in pharmacy, in-store department signage, and relocating storefront entry and vestibule.
Also, TRB has begun two nearly identical projects to create approximately 9,000 /f in each of two Ocean State Job Lot stores for future tenant Dollar Tree. Work to include creation of "vanilla boxes" with their own entrances, demising walls back-to-back with existing OSJL stores, new primer-coated sheet rock, finish paint on the OSJL side, all plumbing fixtures capped and ready for completion, and the same for electrical and HVAC.
Narragansett, RI Lila Delman Compass brokered the sale of 121 Kenyon Farm Rd. for $3.6 million. Dan and Nicole Harding represented the sellers, and Ashley Fitzsimmons represented the buyers.
Now what? As the year comes to a close, the state of retail is always in the news. The answers vary greatly depending on who in the various related industries you ask, each offering a unique lens on the challenges and opportunities ahead.
This may seem self-serving, and I’ll be the first to admit it. But unlike some of the artificial intelligence tools now reshaping our industry, I am fully aware of my own bias. So, hear me out. The rise of AI in commercial real estate is not a distant threat or a speculative headline.
