TRB Development Group, Inc. completes 14,250 s/f CVS and begins 60-unit apartment renovation

TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor from Hooksett, N.H., has completed the expansion and renovations of the CVS Pharmacy located at 555 Main St. The store is 14,250 s/f and remained open during renovations that included night-time paving. A Minute Clinic and drive-thru pharmacy window were added. Architectural plans were by BKA Architects of Brockton. TRB Development Group has also begun renovation of 505 Pleasant St. in Malden, a 60-unit apartment building that was badly damaged by fire. 505 Pleasant Street is a design -build project with plans by Thomas Bakalars Architects PC of Boston.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
