TRB Development Group, Inc. completes 4-story building and 22,400 s/f renovation project

TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor in Hooksett, has completed Ten Pettee Brook Lane, a mixed-use residential/retail, four-story building for Ionian Properties, LLC. The project will house 68 University of New Hampshire students this fall. The architect was Isaac Design, PLLC of Durham, and the civil engineer was MJS Engineering of Newmarket, N.H. TRB has completed renovations of Omnicare, a 22,400 s/f pharmacy-related services provider, plus the addition of an elevator. The architect for this project was David M. White Architects of Goffstown, N.H. TRB has also begun a two-month turnaround interior remodel for Elliot Windham (doctors' offices). The architect is Burnell Johnson of Manchester, N.H.
