TRB Development selected to construct 28,482 s/f retail building
TRB Development Group, Inc. of Hooksett, N.H. has been selected to construct a new CVS Pharmacy and Marsh Liquors on Washington St. (Rte. 53).
The CVS portion of the building will occupy 11,880 s/f on the main level with a 2,000 s/f mezzanine.
Marsh Liquors will occupy 16,162 s/f on the main level for a total of 28,042 s/f. The construction cost for this project could not be disclosed.
This colonial style building, designed by BKA Architects of Brockton, Mass., will have a structural steel sub-frame with wood roof trusses, Werzalik high tech composite siding, and masonry veneer. The roofing system will consist of asphalt shingles and EPDM, and the pharmacy will feature a single drive-thru prescription drop-off and pick-up window.
Completion is scheduled for early September 2009.
