TRB Realty closes $2.395 million sale of 10,284 s/f Fairhaven Plaza

Fairhaven, MA TRB Realty has closed the sale of Fairhaven Plaza located at 32 Howland Rd., a fully-occupied 10,284 s/f retail strip situated on approximately 0.673 acres of land with pylon signage and abundant off-street parking.

“My client, Nathan Ng was amazing to work with, and Thomas Blakely was the reason we were able to close this deal,” said Frederica Tassis, buyer’s agent, broker/partner at Century 21 Premier Group.

TRB Realty was the exclusive listing agent for the seller in the transaction.
