TRB Realty is sole broker in sale of Ashland, MA site
Ashland, MA TRB Realty closed the sale of 12 Pond St. TRB Realty exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer and was the sole broker in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.
A large mixed-use re-development is planned for the site via special permit, which will benefit the residents and future generations.
