The Kane Company, Inc. sold 35 Mirona Rd. The 40,000 s/f former Bauman Engineering property, which was dormant for nearly 6 years and owned my Michaels Realty Trust, was purchased by Lighthouse Manufacturing, LLC. Lighthouse Manufacturing, Inc. will soon relocate its current operation in Peabody, Mass. to Portsmouth after its completion of extensive renovations to the property.
