Warwick, RI True Storage opened its seventh class A self-storage facility in early February. Located at 1280 Jefferson Blvd., this will be the fourth facility in the True Storage portfolio managed by CubeSmart.
This newly renovated 60,000 s/f facility was once the home of Interplex. True Storage obtained the property in September 2021, when the former tenant relocated within the state.
True Storage converted the single-story building into a self-storage facility with 455 climate-controlled units.
CubeSmart customers will not only find that this location has freeway access, close to I-95, I-295 and Rte.1, but also close to T.F. Green International Airport, flexible hours, 24-hour interior and exterior video surveillance, security access to the unit, a variety of unit sizes, covered loading bay, and high-end finishes throughout the facility.
