Utopia Designs leases 1,389 s/f of retail space in Portland, Maine

Utopia Designs has leased 1,389 s/f of retail space at 468 Fore St. from 468 Fore St. Realty LLC. This space will be Utopia Designs' showroom for their custom made furniture made from recycled wood and metal. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers and the tenant by Steve Baumann of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company.
