Calabrese Agency, LLC brokered the lease to Family Dollar Store located at 200 Main St. Recently opened, Family Dollar Store decided to open a store in this suburban community retail center because of the strong demographics, location of other surrounding and complementary commerce, and the density of population located nearby. At 9,200 s/f, the Family Dollar Store is strategically positioned to service the downtown Southington market. Family Dollar Store is a Fortune 300 publicly traded company with over 8,000 Family Dollar Store locations operating in urban and rural settings across the U.S. Tony Valenti represented FC, Inc. the owner and landlord of the property.
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
