Located in Monument Sq., the 67,567 s/f historic, architecturally significant 10-story property at 465 Congress St. houses many high-profile tenants, including People's United Bank, and offers office suites with views of both Mount Washington and water views of Portland Harbor and Back Cove.
Jim VanValkenburgh, president of Fishman Property Management, had previously managed the property for a 20-year period.
