Vidal/Wettenstein leases 20,000 s/f to Miller's Hallmark Cards
Randy Vidal, partner in Vidal/Wettenstein represented Miller's Hallmark Cards in the sale of their warehouse and office facility at 1370 Honeyspot Road Extension.
The 20,000 s/f building boasts high ceilings, multiple loading accesses and a superb location with immediate access to Exit 30 of I-95. It meets the need for expansion for TR&Z USA Trading, the buyer a global importer.
The buyer was represented by Carlos Perez of Right Choice ReMax Realty.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
