Vidal/Wettenstein leases 20,000 s/f to Miller's Hallmark Cards

Randy Vidal, partner in Vidal/Wettenstein represented Miller's Hallmark Cards in the sale of their warehouse and office facility at 1370 Honeyspot Road Extension. The 20,000 s/f building boasts high ceilings, multiple loading accesses and a superb location with immediate access to Exit 30 of I-95. It meets the need for expansion for TR&Z USA Trading, the buyer a global importer. The buyer was represented by Carlos Perez of Right Choice ReMax Realty.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
