Vidal/Wettenstein sells 257 Reef Road for $1.246 million

Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC completed the sale of 257 Reef Rd. 7-Eleven who has leased the property for over 40 years will continue to lease for several more years. Lewis represented the buyer, Max-Fin Realty, LLC, who purchased the building for $1.246 million. The seller, Parkway Plaza, Inc. was represented by the Berger Realty Group in Florida.
