Vidal/Wettenstein sells 257 Reef Road for $1.246 million
Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC completed the sale of 257 Reef Rd. 7-Eleven who has leased the property for over 40 years will continue to lease for several more years.
Lewis represented the buyer, Max-Fin Realty, LLC, who purchased the building for $1.246 million. The seller, Parkway Plaza, Inc. was represented by the Berger Realty Group in Florida.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
