Vidal/Wettenstein and True Commercial broker $6.4m sale of Trumbull Printing

Trumbull, CT The former Trumbull Printing Company property at 205 Spring Hill Rd. has been sold. The purchaser is BACO Enterprises from Bronx NY. The sales price was $6.4 million or $112.28 per s/f. The property consists of 57,000 s/f on 6.9 acres. The property is in Trumbull with a portion in the back located in the town of Monroe.

BACO Enterprises is a family run business, specializing in the distribution of industrial construction fasteners and anchors, fastener manufacturer of anchor bolts and threaded rods, a steel service center and a miscellaneous steel fabricator. For over forty years, BACO has played an essential role in helping New York and the surrounding towns build, repair and expand. The firm is a long-standing construction fasteners supplier and infrastructure fasteners supplier. BACO has worked on bridges, tunnels and commercial high-rise structures.

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein represented the buyer, and Wes Craft and Tyler Lyman of True Commercial represented the seller. Ken Gruder, Esq., of Goldman Gruder & Woods was legal counsel for the purchaser.
