Vidal/Wettenstein sells 6,237 s/f for $3.96 million
1849 Post Road East - Westport, CTWestport, CT Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, completed the sale of the Shake Shack building at 1849 Post Rd. East.
This .93-acre property, is comprised of 6,237 s/f of retail/restaurant space. The buyer is Fin-Max Realty, LLC, a local Fairfield entity, and Lewis was the sole broker in this $3.96 million transaction.
