Vincent of Sea Watch Realty sells Cozy Closets building for $625,000

Sea Watch Realty, Inc. sold the 83,000 s/f 4-story mill building located at 79 Brook St. The building known as the Ace Wood Working, Cozy Closets building was sold to 79 Brook St., LLC for $625,000. Noble Vincent of Sea Watch Realty listed the property for sale and brokered the transaction between the seller, RVB Realty Trust, Inc., and the buyer, Rattan Furniture, Inc. The property was first marketed for sale at the end of March and closed in three months. Cozy Closets has relocated its manufacturing and distribution sales to continue operations and growth in New Bedford. Rattan Furniture, Inc. is currently hiring with future plans for up to 20 new jobs in their recently acquired New Bedford location at 79 Brook St. Sea Watch Realty specializes in commercial real estate and has four offices located in Marion, Plymouth Falmouth and Hyannis.
